Site by Institut Pasteur (Paris, France) has been designed and produced with the help of teachers. Its aim is promoting good hygiene and it is meant as an educational guide for teachers, including scientific information and themed activity sheets. Pupils find games and fun activities, and a revision of information covered in the teaching section. The site includes a short survey to determine the hygiene levels of a school.

The Hygiene Centre is a research group at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine devoted to developing a better understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices which can be used to inform public health policy. Their school sanitation project page tells about the Formative research format for schools: a simple step-by-step tool that can be used to understand, document and feed back motivations of school actors (pupils, teachers and head teachers) into a communication programme to schools.
