Web site of the Department of Drinking Water Supply, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, containing detailed information on ongoing and planned activities on school hygiene, sanitation and water. The site also includes documents, technical notes, forms and other resources.
The Hygiene Centre is a research group at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine devoted to developing a better understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices which can be used to inform public health policy. Their school sanitation project page tells about the Formative research format for schools: a simple step-by-step tool that can be used to understand, document and feed back motivations of school actors (pupils, teachers and head teachers) into a communication programme to schools.
Site by Institut Pasteur (Paris, France) has been designed and produced with the help of teachers. Its aim is promoting good hygiene and it is meant as an educational guide for teachers, including scientific information and themed activity sheets.
